Are you able to ship these to me?+
Yes. Apart from New South Wales, Australia, we can ship and provide our services to customers around the world where delivery is permitted.
Shipping availability can depend on your country, as some destinations place restrictions on mobile devices or certain imports. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we can check with our couriers whether delivery is available to your location.
How are our devices different?+
Many vendors sell standard GrapheneOS devices with generic configurations and older wipe features. Our security configuration has been developed from the ground up for current Android versions and includes a broader set of device-security features.
Our software does not rely on our own servers and does not include a built-in auto-updater. Once a device has been deployed, we do not retain remote control over it. There is no mandatory subscription and no ongoing lock-in — once you purchase the device, you retain control.
Are these devices legal?+
Our devices use open-source software and privacy-focused configuration to help customers secure their own data. We do not operate our own messaging network or require customers to use a proprietary communications service.
Mobile devices configured in this way are generally legal to own and use, but laws and import requirements vary between jurisdictions. Because we ship internationally, customers should check the rules that apply in their own country before ordering.
What about microphone jammers?+
Our microphone-jamming products are designed to emit ultrasonic sound rather than interfere with Wi-Fi, cellular or other radio communications. They are not intended to operate as radio-frequency signal jammers.
Rules can vary by location and by how a device is used, so customers should still check any local workplace, venue or regulatory requirements that may apply before use.
