Do these before you post it, so the phone isn't locked to your account and arrives safely.
- Sign out of your Apple ID or Google account and turn off Find My, so the phone isn't locked to your account.
- Factory reset the device and leave it on the set-up screen for us.
- Remove any physical SIM card and delete any eSIMs on the phone.
- Remove any case or accessories and send us the phone by itself, ideally in its original box. Otherwise wrap it in bubble wrap so it's protected in transit.
- Contact us for our shipping address.
- Send us the tracking number once it's on its way.

Is my phone compatible?
We set up compatible Google Pixels with GrapheneOS, and iPhones with our hardened iOS configuration. If you're not sure your model is compatible, contact us before sending it.
I'm outside Australia. What can I do?
Install GrapheneOS on your own Pixel, then add our Security Suite with the Software Flash License, or buy a ready-made Privacy First GrapheneOS Device or Encrypted iPhone.
