Every Privacy First phone is set up by hand in Australia and shipped worldwide. Customers in the UK and Europe usually have theirs in 4 to 8 days, delivered by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
What you can order
PF Secured GrapheneOS Device: a secured mobile running GrapheneOS, the hardened open-source operating system, with our Security Suite installed and configured. No Google services by default, and full control over what every app can access.
PF iOSecured encrypted iPhone: keep iOS and the apps you know, with hardened settings enforced on the device and no cloud management server.
Private data eSIMs, including a Europe eSIM: data-only, no contract, no identity verification, and the data doesn't expire. Delivered instantly by email.
Delivery
We dispatch the next business day after payment and ship with tier-one couriers (DHL, UPS or FedEx), with tracking emailed to you as soon as it's on its way. Delivery to the UK and Europe usually takes 4 to 8 days. International parcels carry up to two devices each, because of airline rules for lithium batteries.
Prices, VAT and customs
Choose GBP or EUR in the currency menu to see and pay prices in your currency. Phones are exported from Australia, so no VAT is added at checkout. Instead, import VAT, duty and any customs fees are paid by you on arrival, usually to the courier before delivery. Digital products such as eSIMs and licence keys include UK or EU VAT at checkout.

How long does delivery to the UK or Europe take?
Usually 4 to 8 days. We dispatch the next business day after payment and ship with tier-one couriers: DHL, UPS or FedEx. Customs checks can occasionally add time.
Do I have to pay import VAT or duty?
Import VAT, duty and any customs fees on devices are paid by you on arrival, usually to the courier before delivery. We can't prepay them. The amount depends on your country, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Is VAT charged at checkout?
Not on phones: they're exported from Australia, so import VAT is paid on arrival instead. Digital products such as eSIMs and licence keys include UK or EU VAT at checkout, as the law requires.
Can I pay in pounds or euros?
Yes. Choose GBP or EUR in the currency menu and you'll see and pay prices in that currency.
Will the phone work on UK and European networks?
Yes. Our GrapheneOS devices and encrypted iPhones work on UK and European mobile networks. Use your own SIM, or add one of our private data eSIMs.
Can I order more than one phone?
Yes. Because of airline rules for lithium batteries, international parcels carry up to two devices each, so larger orders arrive in more than one parcel.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
